day 937 - olympic heroes parade

two of the olympic athletes honoured in today's olympic heroes parade which was held around a small portion of the downtown core. these two decided to get off the float/vehicle they were in and shook hands with the people watching. quite nice of them.

day 936 - sailboats

it's a beautiful day to go sailing, never mind if it's a tad cold. now i discovered that my dSLR can take in the natural colours of a scenery even when i take the shot from inside our office building. that's great. now i have to learn how to eliminate the reflections.
