that's filipino rice cake, a delicacy made especially during the Christmas season in the philippines. this is a picture of a repro hanging on the walls of a filipino restaurant.
the bibingka is baked upside down on a clay pot/oven. it is usually baked on the spot, at little kiosks that dot the churchyards during midnight masses leading up to Christmas eve. it is usually served with freshly grated coconut meat and butter, and either a hot tea or hot chocolate to fully savour the taste of this delicious cake.
