day 680 - under a quirky blue sky

it is a beautiful morning and even made more beautiful by the blue sky with ample dottings of fluffy clouds. glorious!

day 506 - clouds

'i look at clouds from both sides now, from up and down and still somehow, it's cloud's illusions i recall, i really don't know clouds at all' - both sides now, joni mitchell

clouds and blue skies and an airplane; it's nice to just sit back and stare at the blue sky on a hot lazy summer day.

day 350 - sunshine

today, it was cold! minus 21 in the morning with a windchill factor of minus 36. that's celcius. but damn! the sun shone brightly and it was lovely throughout the day. except it was very, very cold. the good news is we are heading into the warm days again, in about four more months!

day 292 - danforth on a cold november day

an almost clear sky. bright sunshine. don't be fooled, it's been so cold and today the windchill reached minus 5 celcius. the sure thing about winter: the bitter cold.

day 215 - doomsday?

no, it isn't! it's just heavy clouds and the setting sun over the danforth. but the scene does kind of look ominous.

day 163 - another day, another weird cloud formation

walking along the danforth, the wind is rather coolish as the sun prepares to set. and once again, there there is this hodge podge of clouds in the sky. in the east were just ordinary grayish looking clouds, like threatening rain. then in the west, there is this.

day 147 - clouds

the day began with just a few clouds, like this feathery looking one. but it's now mid-afternoon and the temperature's gone to 26 already and the air is so still. but we wished for these days, didn't we?

day 119 - clouds over the danforth

i came home this evening and there was this weird cloud formation. the sun was shining brightly, and in the east, there are a few white fluffy clouds on the very blue sky, and yet there were these dark clouds hanging right over the danforth. it looked really, really weird i just had to whip my camera out of my purse and take pictures.
