day 723 - it is cold

or so it seems, only because it's windy and i couldn't get these grasses to stay put, it was actually difficult to take any decent photo. buti got my macro for the day and even if i don't post it on 365, it's good enough for here. well, maybe.

day 671 - baby, it's cold outside

cold as ice, i say. and i sit here wondering "when did i not like the cold!" well, until i had that jogging spree in 39 degrees weather and survived. i miss the tropics, but i miss benjamin, my jogging buddy, most of all.

day 344 - iced over

i was waiting for partner inside the car and the windshield was covered in ice that had started to melt. what to do? he's taking a long time. ordinarily, i'd just storm out and walk, to hell if i had to walk or take the subway, i'm used to it anyway. i hate waiting. but then i took my camera out of my purse and started using the 'tulip' function of the camera (yeah, i know, it's called macro) et voila! le photo du jour.
