(two hours before the unfortunate incident where a man jumped over the protective railing forcing city officials to close the viewing section to the tourists so rescuers can do their job of rescuing some stupid idiot. arrest the stupid, i say, regardless of what injuries he sustained.

day 814 - good morning from niagara falls
the view from last night changes to this this morning. less traffic, more falls!
