day 1037 - the spy who came in from the cold

day 765 - shadow in the sand

the afternoon sun casts long shadows on the shore.

day 763 - let's go fly a kite

beautiful windy day to fly a kite, by the waters, so blue as the clear sky.

day 733 - from the outside, looking in

waiting to cross the street to get to the car after breakfast, i turned around and saw this window of an art gallery from where a painting on the wall inside is visible. i had my camera, i had to take a photo. it would've been a sin if i didn't.

day 635 - beam me up, scottie!

day 595 - it's beginning to look a lot like...

fall! on the way to the beaches yesterday, i passed by the park and there are a few trees that had started to turn colours. this is a panoramic shot of the inner portion of the park.

day 582 - high moon

at the beaches waiting for a good photo op, but no such luck. only the moon and the boat anchored well away from the shore.

roadside beauties, marred by a styrofoam garbage.

day 555 - go and see if the water is cold

the lazy bums, just sitting around there.

back to reality of the everyday life. like job, i suppose, to be able to afford getting this baby on to the waters the next time. ah, some people are so lucky.

day 525 - at the beaches

on a scorching hot sunday afternoon; wouldn't an airconditioned indoor place make for a more pleasant venue?

day 406 - a robin

spring must have really sprung because this robin is out and about and really friendly, too. i think it knew that i was taking a picture of him so he just kept on turning this way and that way.

day 405 - the super moon?!?

i can't really tell you if the moon was a tad bigger than usual. i suppose over a large lake it would still appear to be small but it was beautiful to look at until it hid in the darn clouds. my sister and i enjoyed watching it emerge from the waters. it was like talking to God.

day 404 - preening in the spring cold

a mother swan with her ducklings (or is it "swanlings"? hahaha) were enjoying the afternoon sun on lake ontario; when i pressed my shutter, the three little ones were right beside the mother but they moved so fast that this is the result of that shot.

day 68 - today the weatherman calls for rain!!!

in fact it was supposed to have rained since last night. but the sun is still shining albeit the sky's a tad cloudy. okay, i will venture out - to the office - and see about this weather.

day 66 - sunny day at the beaches

beautiful day again today. the rains don't come until tomorrow night - yeah right, just when i thought i can come to work.

day 64 - flying high

beautiful day it is today, balmy 16 degrees celsius, mostly without wind. a good time to have brunch at the beaches. sadly, i can't, i'm working today. aaaarggghhh!
